The Village Board will meet on Thursday December 5 at 6:30pm, at the Summit Village Hall (2911 N. Dousman Rd). There will be time for residents to provide input on this plan. It is important that residents come to speak up against overdevelopment, and urge the Board to Keep Summit Rural and follow the Village Master Plan.

You can also inform the Plan Commission and Village Board of your views.

About This Site was created by concerned neighbors in response to an attempt to rezone a parcel along Waterville Road, allowing smaller lots than should be permitted under the Village Master plan. This will cause problems including:
  • Higher density, smaller-lot properties
  • Lower property values
  • Greatly increased traffic
  • Overdevelopment
  • Reduced rural character
